Man charged in death of Angels pitcher Nick Adenhart, Courtney Stewart & Henry Pearson pleads Not Guilty!
A defense attorney on Monday entered a plea of not guilty on behalf of the man charged with killing Angels pitcher Nick Adenhart and two others in a drunk-driving crash in April.
I have read quite a few message boards with some comments from people concerned about Anthony Gallo getting a fair trial??
Are you kidding me?? What is fair about a kid that is 22 dying at such a young age? What is fair to not only his family but the families of the other victums having to bury their own children, brothers or sisters?
It is a closed case! 3 x's the legal limit, running a red light, 3 people dead and one critically injured!
What we really need is for people to volunteer for non-profit groups like MADD (mothers against drunk driving) so that we can help try to put an end to this ridiculous crime of Drunk Driving!!
As you know this season I am catching "BASEBALLS 4 MADD"! By clicking on that link you can make a pledge per baseball that I catch this season. So far I have caught 40 baseballs and we have raised close to $100. That is a far cry from my goal but with the word now getting out about my quest to raise money for MADD that will start rising quickly!

The Angels were nice enough to offer tickets to a game and I have also been talking to a few other teams about the same sort of help. Hopefully we will see their names on the donor list as well!
I lost a friend to a drunk driving crash as a kid and it was hard on me. How much worse must it be for the families that are affected by this tragic crime!!
Please make a pledge, even if it is a penny per baseball! All money goes directly to MADD. When you sign up to make a pledge the info goes directly to them and all they do is send me your name and pledge amount along with a company name or website name to put on my websites donor page. I will never see or collect a penny of this money!

Unfortunately, some people don't like to own up to their actions. This guy killed my cousin, Ryan, almost three years ago. He is just finally heading to trial in 2009...after fleeing the country for several years. Your ballhawking is definitely going for a good cause.
